We are looking for a musician with excellent customer service, computer and admin skills to work in our mail order sheet music office.

Your main task will be dealing with email enquiries and supplier ordering/receiving, but also dealing with telephone enquiries and orders and other associated tasks within the office as required.

Own transport essential. 2-3 days per week (adaptable with school terms), with some flexibility/cover, starting May 2018.

Interviews week beg. 3rd-5th April.

Essential requirements:

A musical background and a good knowledge of the wind instrument repertoire

A positive, friendly and helpful attitude with a passion for excellent customer service

Excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new software

The ability to work well within a small team in an informal atmosphere

The ability to remain calm under pressure during our busiest times

Languages desirable but not essential
