A new vacancy has become available within an exciting and busy office in Swindon. This ever expanding financial company is seeking administrative support to help with the current growth of the companies work load.

So what does the role entail?

- Maintaining of company records.
- Contacting clients for any missing information needed to complete processes.
- Supporting various areas of the business with administrative tasks.
- Provide friendly and consistent communication to all clients.
- Data input and general administration tasks.

This is a permanent full time role that will be worked between the hours of 09:00-17:00, Monday - Friday. Starting salary £15,995 with the potential of a larger salary someone with a strong and relevant background.

So what do we need from you?

- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Someone who works well under pressure.
- Highly capable of prioritising your work load and being organised.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- 5 GCSE`s at grade C or above.
- Excellent Telephone manner with the ability to deal with challenging calls.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience is vital.

- Financial crime
