Bury St Edmunds

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Capita Case and Records for a PMO Manager to manage the centralised PMO - defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, on projects, contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives.

Main purpose of the role:


Management of Change Control procedures to meet contracted obligations;

Management of Project Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies;

Prepare monthly divisional reports on project activity, budgets and resourcing;

Prepare/submit periodic and ad hoc reports for internal and external publication as required by CCRS including provision and collation of customer surveys;

Ensure central logs are maintained and kept up to date;


* Knowledge of change management


Must have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Experience of managing and supporting projects either as a placement or in previous employment;


Broad base of organisational, communicative and administrative skills;
