Summary of Role:
To lead the development and implementation of the company's strategy and 12-month plan to support the lead generation for all business development activities and fully implement a CRM system across the Group.

Business Development:
- To develop and improve strategic customer base ensuring business goals
are achieved via generation of new business.
- Actively engage new business across various social media platforms.
- To fully implement, monitor and evaluate employer engagement strategy.
- Attend network events, business networks and seminars to promote
products and services and broaden business network and support lead
- Ensure all business activities are promoted and updated via website and
other social media platforms.

- To lead the implementation of a new CRM system across the marketing
and sales team ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- To implement target marketing activities enabling company to become the
‘thought leaders’ in the sector with particular focus in Leadership and
Management and Health and Social Care.
- To contribute to business planning and analysis of market conditions
including LMI and trends including impact of educational and sectoral
reviews and reforms.
- To identify potential areas for growth and diversification e.g. STEM sector
ensuring provision meet Welsh Government priorities including learners
aged 16-18 and Higher Apprenticeships.
- To support lead generation for commercial activity in line with the
commercial business plan.

Essential Experience and Skills:
- Certificate in CIM
- Coaching and mentoring
- Strong Marketing experience
- Experience of implementing a CRM system
- Experience of LMI
- ILM level 5 or equivalent
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
