Photography, Products and Marketing Manager

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

3 Months – 6 Months possible permanent role

Salary - £19,000

Hourly rate: £9.87 per hour

SOS recruitment has a unique career opportunity available within one of the UK’s leading photography company's. The job role will require photography, products and marketing managing.

The main purpose of the job role is to take full responsibility for the photography products and marketing sector of the business. Developing and improving the services, in turn increasing the current uptake by their current clients.

* To set the photography, products sales and marketing profit budget on an annual basis in conjunction with the Directors
* To review and produce reports on budget performance on a quarterly basis and set targets for future quarters
* To manage & coordinate the annual schedule for the business in order to plan key dates with the Aquatics Manager
* To liaise with head office to forward plan each photo shoot ‘year’ and to understand new initiatives
* To report to the Directors after each shoot and provide the data for the sales analysis
* To use all systems and software as advised by HO to their full advantage
* To coordinate, develop and maintain photo shoot administration systems and procedures
* To proactively look at opportunities for maximising both client attendance of each shoot and sales profit per head for each client that attends. This will be through information being supplied to customers; i.e. marketing material, from the office and via the instructors
* To be responsible for managing, coordinating and directing the photo shoot cycle in its entirety
* To be responsible for maximising photo shoot capacity utilisation
* To develop and maintain relationships with the photographers, dippers and print house
* To arrange, attend and manage all photo shoot days and photo viewing days per year
* To coordinate, develop and maintain product ordering systems and procedures – both for internal use and for resale
* To manage and facilitate all client product sales.
* To be responsible for maximising opportunities for product sales through effective consideration given to point of sales at Meet & Greets, web sales, and information being supplied to customers
* To actively identify areas for promotion of products to increase product sales
* To develop a local marketing plan that takes account of cross-marketing opportunities for enhancing the current range of service offering
* To oversee and maintain the currency of information on the different communications platforms including, the website, facebook pages, other social networking mediums.
* To ensure that all marketing material is correct and accurate
* To ensure that all advertisement is as effective and targeted to the client group as possible.
* Responsible for all the company public communications.
* Responsibility for all press relations and establishing effect relationships with external PR companies.
* Responsible for the overseeing of all marketing carried out by third party companies on the companies behalf.
* To monitor SEO and PPC requirements for the business
* To provide back up and support for the whole team
* Any other duties as may be deemed appropriate
