We are currently recruiting for a Room Leader to join our welcoming Ridgeway nursery. The position is within the fantastic Nursery room which caters for our over 2's . The Nursery room offers lots of space for the children and staff and has free flow into the stunning surrounding garden.

The nursery is situated outside of Swindon and has excellent bus routes along with their own car park available to staff. The nursery have recently had a £90,000 renovation to their garden which gives a modern and fun feel to all.

Your role as Room Leader will include;
- Overseeing the smooth running and high quality early years practice within the room
- Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
- Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times

You may have experience of the following: Senior Nursery Nurse, Head of Unit, Senior Nursery Practitioner, Room Supervisor, Room Manager.

Because of the nature of this job, it will be necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken. Therefore, it is essential in making your application you disclose whether you have any pending charges, convictions, bind-overs or cautions and, if so, for which offences.
