We are searching for an entrepreneurial Regional Director to support the Operations Director in our rapidly expanding London business. As Regional Director, you will manage a team of three Operations Managers to produce maximum returns from the business. This will involve close contact with the contracts to drive performance and strategies for the region.

Role Objectives

As Regional Director you will be instrumental in promoting Churchill Services whilst ensuring standards are exceeded. You will be commercially driven to achieve operating profits and will provide outstanding leadership within your region. You will maximise business opportunities with a strong understanding of competitors. Working closely with the Operations Managers to monitor performance and take action when needed.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous senior management or director level experience, desirably 10 years’ experience within a cleaning service environment.
Experience of managing managers and must be able to coach and mentor managers, who are experiencing difficulties.
Commercial analysis and resolution capability essential
Proven track records of performance growth within a previous role.
People Management experience within a sales orientated business
Experience with acquisitions and integration.
Able to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment, able to use time proactively to ensure that potential problems do not surface
Exceptional ability to get on well with people, whilst not letting this compromise ability to make and take necessary tough action.
Relate well to people at all levels.
Inspire people and encourage them to want to “go the extra mile”.
Innovative and think outside of the normal working methods to inspire changes
Very tenacious, ensuring that all activities and processes are completed and reviewed
Full current Driving Licence
