The principal purpose of this role will be to manage individual liability claims of customers, with the intention of reviewing and resolving claims related to EL and PL Insurance. You will be expected to provide appropriate technical guidance and advice to customers, ensuring that the highest level of customer service and continued respect and success of the company is maintained. It is the responsibility of the Claims Technician in order to remain vigilant to potential risk of crime from customers and follow on with appropriate responses. It is a very busy role and so you will need to have strong organisation skills to join a team dealing with over 1200 live claims.

The ideal candidate for this role will have 18months plus experience handling similar claims and the ability to demonstrate good customer service and communication skills.
