A full time and demanding project support position where previous experience of multiple line project management is advantageous. The successful candidate will work alongside an Account Manager to provide project support and manage the client’s highly professional packaging team.

Main Responsibilities
• Support on-site Account Managers with project management requirements, providing administrative support and taking direction from the Account Manager
• Manage details regarding projects’ status on Excel trackers ensuring these are updated continuously
• To inform the Account Manager when all assets for a job have been supplied by the client’s key stakeholders, so that jobs can be initiated
• Brief work into Studios using the Management Information System (MIS), demonstrating meticulous attention to detail on briefs and ensuring that the Internal Studio team has all the information they need for jobs to progress
• Assist the Internal Studio team and on-site Account Managers to resolve queries in a timely manner, allowing for effective use of Internal Studio resource
• As required, arrange and attend pre-production meetings with suppliers, printers, client contacts and pre-production technician.
• Support the Account Manager with the artwork approval process using online approval tool. Gain agreement on an approved artwork to progress through to repro.
• Work with suppliers & printers to ensure printed samples are submitted after press runs for approval.
• Have weekly meetings with the Account Manager so they receive an update of all lines progressing through the studio and can relay to the client.
• To hold weekly team meetings including forward loading information and communicate team concerns and solutions effectively, escalating to the appropriate departments and people where required.

Skills & Experience
• Project Management skills and experience preferable.
• Demonstrable experience of multitasking and administrative ‘cradle to grave project management’.
• Strong organisational skills along with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible and hardworking, with the ability to move to different areas within the business as workload fluctuates
• Ability to learn, adhere to and uphold process
• A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.
• Smart appearance and professional attitude.
• Approachable and trustworthy.
• PC literate – Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Java.
• Experience of industry web-based MIS briefing and approval systems.
• Knowledge of print or repro beneficial.
• Knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging beneficial.
