Technical Support Team Leader - Night Shift

Our client is looking for a Technical Support Team Leader to join their ever growing business in an "out of hours" capacity.

The successful applicant will be a driven and engaging individual with a background in technical support, working within a customer facing environment and leading a team. As well as diagnosing and fixing IT issues with the field services team, managing and developing that team is key.

The working hours will be on a 12 hour, four on, four off shift pattern. It is expected on occassion there will be changes to working hours to accommodate client demands.

A high level of technical skills is essential as well as an outgoing attitude and a strong customer service background.

The main areas of responsibility will include -

-Team incident Management
-Team SLA Management
-Supporting Customers and providing a high level of service
-Team Management

Essential Skills and Experience -

-A high level of technical knowledge
-3 years experience in the IT sector
-Integration skills and working with different levels and departments from first line teams right through to customer services
-A good understanding of networking diagnostics
-An understanding of servers and storage

No formal qualifications are required for the position, however relevant work experience and commercial exposure is essential.

Desirable Skills -

CCNA qualified or working towards
Sever 2008 R2
Strong troubleshooting
