The role of Studio and Marketing Assistant is the ideal opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to progress their career within architectural support and marketing. It is a varied role that will give you the opportunity to get involved in different aspects of business administration and gain greater experience of producing bid submissions and marketing collateral for an award-winning practice. This is a full-time role based in Manchester.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and omissions in text
* Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
* A proactive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
* Previous experience in architectural bid writing and the preparation of competition submissions would be an advantage
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop

This is a dual role split into two key areas: marketing and studio admin support. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Marketing Assistant

* Search tender tracker services
* Assist with the preparation and coordination of bid submissions in the Leeds and Manchester offices
* Compile client presentations
* Assist with the management and organisation of the company image library
* Helping to update new business development tracker for the Manchester office.
* Assisting with follow up letters, emails and marketing materials
* Assisting the Marketing Manager as required

Office Management

* Ensuring the smooth operation of the Manchester office, including coordinating cleaning and maintenance as required
* Answering the phone and redirecting calls
* Liaise with internal and external IT support to resolve issues
* Office calendar management, including coordination of annual leave
* Supporting the Northern Office Manager to coordinate events, including Leeds and Manchester office social gatherings and staff celebrations
* Maintain stationery, daily post, and general office tidiness
* Providing admin support as required, including preparation of letters, meeting agendas and minutes
* Updating staff CPD records
* Assist Northern Office Manager and Associate Director as required
