The key elements of the role are –

* Assist with delivery of a critical engineering (CERM) maintenance regime,
* Assist with production of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP’s)
* Support the Change Management process, providing technical and administrative input to all Change management applications
* Administer the Change Management tracker, providing regular updates whilst ensuring the tracker is issued to all key business stakeholders
* Administer the EMEA Critical Works tracker, ensuring all key stakeholders have visibility of all planned – reactive works that may potentially impact the critical environment
* Raise all Change Requests on in support of all critical engineering activities ensuring all approval groups are aligned with the approval of each application.
* Chair a weekly call with all regional Engineering management teams, ensuring weekly updates are provided in support of all critical planned activities whilst reviewing the completion of all
* Support the weekly engineering weekend works call, ensuring all zone leads provide a structured update in support of all planned activities as aligned with the Change Management process.
* Provide regular Change Management workshops with all key business stakeholders, ensuring all changes to the critical works management policy and procedures are communicated through the business.
* Review, co-ordinate and manage notification and approval process associated with critical works activities across the account.
* Take overall ownership of Critical maintenance plans, issuing Change Management requests, representing the customer at change committee meetings.
* Manage Critical works planners for account wide activity
* Provide support to Continuity and Disaster Planning Ensuring that engineering risks to business continuity are mitigated and business operations are maintained effectively at all times;

My client is looking for someone who has –

* A minimum 10 years’ experience in Building Services industry
* HV Authorised Person (Desirable)
* Minimum of C&G 236 1 & 2 or equivalent
* 17th Edition
* Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff
* A good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, in particular UPS, Generators, Static Switches, Water Treatment, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
* Excellent organisational, IT and reporting skills
* A high level of initiative
* A smart presentable appearance
* Advanced communication skills with a full understanding of customer needs & expectations
* Ability to comprehend and act upon both verbal and written instructions
