The Nursery – Nursery Practitioner

This prosperous nursery has been graded as a GOOD Nursery in all areas in their Ofsted for the past 3 years and is on the search for a Nursery Practitioners. This is a privately-owned nursery and is 1 of 2 sites that operates the Working Tax Credits Scheme for eligible parents, Childcare vouchers and government funding for 2, 3, and 4 Year olds. The nursery has an amazing outdoor play area as they have recently refurbished their grounds. An investment and development plans are in place at the nursery to continue the outdoor improvements and keep the children as excited as possible when it comes to playing out doors! The nursery operates a free-flow policy with outdoor play!

The Role – Nursery Practitioner

This Nursery is looking for highly motivated Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their team. They are looking for a full time experienced Nursery Practitioner qualified that holds a minimum of a NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Early Years. You must be imaginative, enthusiastic, have excellent organisational, communication and people skills. A good working knowledge of the revised Early Years Foundation Stage is essential as well as the OFSTED standards. The Nursery is looking for experienced Nursery Practitioners that have knowledge of working within a key worker system, carrying out observations, planning and assessments, tracking the children's progress and contributing to their individual learning journals.
