Staff Nurse ( RGN or RMN or RNLD )

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester

Service: Nursing Home for older adults ( Convalescence, Dementia Care, Palliative Care )

Salary: £13.13 - £16.16 per hour (£28,675 - £35,293 per annum) - negotiable dependant on experience

Hours: Full time or Part time hours available dependant on preference

Shifts: Day or Night shifts available depending on preference

Contract type: Permanent

*Salary equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6*

*£1000 welcome Bonus for all new nurses that join & paid breaks*

Further Details: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated nurse ( RGN or RMN or RNLD ) to work within a beautiful care home with an excellent reputation in Bury, near Manchester. The Care Home provides nursing care for those with convalescence, palliative care and dementia care. We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses and we are able to offer an excellent preceptorship programme.

The team are very welcoming and accommodating, so we are especially looking for someone who can get on well with people and who has a caring, kind and positive outlook. The service enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. The service has met all of the CQC national standards. Staff morale is very high.

The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose permanent day shifts or permanent night shifts or a mixture of both if you prefer.

The Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
