Location: Maryport, Cumbria

Salary: £28,000 - £37,500 per annum (£16.50 p/hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Night Nurse Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful purpose-built nursing home located in Maryport, overlooking the sea. This service is bright, airy and spacious and offers a warm, friendly environment to all residents. The home is situated on beautiful grounds and has several communal lounge areas for residents to relax and unwind. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate Night Nurse Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to ensure the smooth running of the night shifts and that the highest quality of care is provided at all times. Staff morale at the home is very high.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Night Nurse Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their highly reputable nursing homes in Maryport, Cumbria. The service is split into different units and provides person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, from residential care to long-term nursing care and palliative care to the elderly and those with dementia. They also provide respite care for those coming to the home for a short stay, as well as care for younger adults with physical disabilities. The home prides itself in the high quality of care that they provide the residents and the Home Manager is looking for a strong, passionate Night Nurse Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to lead the team of night staff.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Newly qualified nurses will also be accepted for this position. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
