Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD)

Location: Outskirts of Ripley, Derbyshire

Salary: £25,500 - £34,000 per annum (£15 per hour) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time or part-time hours available

Shifts: Days or Nights available


An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based on the outskirts of Ripley, Derbyshire. This bright and modern care home is ideally situated in-between Ripley and Derby city centre and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly care home has cosy lounge areas, as well as a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind. This service offers residents an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for both themselves and their families. Staff morale at the home is very home.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes on the outskirts of Ripley, Derbyshire. The service provides person centred care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. This versatile service also cares for younger adults with a range of physical disabilities. In addition, the home offers specialised care including cancer care and care for a range of conditions including Huntington's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease and Multiple Scleroses. This service boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating.

The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse ( RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join their friendly team of staff. The manager is very flexible and can accommodate both full and part time hours and both nights and day shifts are available.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous leadership or management experience is essential for this position.
