Location: Hinton Grange – Cambridge
Salary: £17.50 per hour (up to £34.125.00 pa based on 37.5 hour week)

Linda and the team at Hinton Grange are seeking a compassionate and highly experienced nurse to join their team. Hinton Grange is located in the heart of Cambridge and has 58 bedrooms offering specialised nursing and dementia care. You will be joining a pro-active and happy team that are dedicated to delivering person centred care and helping residents fulfil their lives.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be leading the nursing team and be responsible for delivering individual care plans. You will also deputise for the Home Manager and work with local GPs and other healthcare professionals. The home is a highly collaborative setting, where everyone pulls together. You will lead, support and inspire your team members, making sure your residents get the very best one-to-one care.

Who You are:

As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you’ll have expert knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance.
As a Senior Nursing professional you will be able to demonstrate a strong record of leading teams delivering care for older people within a nursing home environment
Most importantly, you will be capable of building lasting relationships with colleagues, residents and their families and able to get the most out of every member of our team.
