Job Title: Staff Nurse - Ward

Key Details: I am recruiting for a highly skilled Ward Nurse, you must possess passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

The Key details are -

Location: South of Hampshire, within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata if part time) / £12.82 - £16.41 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. (negotiable depending on experience )

Bonus: Annual bonus provided.

Hours: Part Time & Full Time available

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit a Registered Nurse to join this Private Hospital based in the South of Hampshire, you will be part of a close nit team who are provided the opportunity - as will you - to use judgment and skills to provide the best patient care. This Hospital is position is a consultant-led service, you'll be working directly with some of the best clinical talent around, gaining experience with new practices, equipment and facilities. These are maintained to a high standard - we take great pride in our low infection rates and high CQC. You are required to Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate and Implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme.

Person Specification: As a nurse registered with the appropriate governing body, you'll have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You'll also have post-registration experience. Immediate / Advanced Life Support is desirable. This healthcare provider believe in putting people first. So you'll appreciate having the time to care - to fully understand each patient's needs and provide individual attention that can mean so much when they're at their most vulnerable. In short, you'll be able to deliver the type of care that comes naturally to a talented nurse. You'll be an excellent communicator and team worker - flexible and motivated. As part of the hospital team, you'll interact with practitioners from other departments because you understand the importance of continuity in patient care. Full NMC Registration without restrictions is a must.
