Staff Nurse - RGN / RMN / RNLD - Nursing Home

Location: Glenrothes, Fife

Care Categories: Nursing, Palliative Care, Dementia Care & Mental Health for older adults

Salary: £15.56 per hour ( £35,600 per annum ) negotiable depending on experience

Hours: Full time OR Part time hours available depending on preference (22, 33, 44 hours options available)

Shifts: Days OR Nights available depending on preference

Further Details : We are currently looking for a highly-skilled, newly qualified or experienced Registered Nurse and Manager to join an established team of nurses within a beautiful purpose-built Care Home located in Glenrothes. The Care home provides exceptional care in a homely and calm environment. This very reputable Nursing Home provides high-quality person-centred care for older adults. They provide nursing, palliative care and dementia care for elderly individuals.

This home is part of a reputable, market-leading healthcare company with excellent standards for providing effective, individualised care for all their residents. The home has an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

The Home Manager has been with the company for a substantial amount of time and is highly-qualified in various areas of nursing, so would be keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.

The Manager is able to accommodate both part time and full time hours. They are able to be flexible with regard to shift pattern, so you will be able to choose to work day shifts only or night shifts only or a mixture of both if you prefer.
