Product Auditor - Certification/ Accreditation
We are a leading UK based Certification body providing a range of services including independent UKAS accredited certification to all major management systems standards, CE Marking, sustainable supply chain, product and service certification.
As a Product Auditor you will be working with a portfolio of clients throughout the UK and occasionally Europe to ensure they are compliant with all relevant certification standards and will include
- Visiting manufacturing/ fabrication businesses supplying Timber and UPVC doors and windows to the Building/ Construction industry to complete full audits.
- Working with clients at site/ installation level to ensure products are installed correctly including fire doors.
You will be working from home and your time will be split between 3-4 days visiting/ meeting clients and 1-2 days at home completing all necessary paperwork.
Ideally you will have previous experience/ knowledge either working with a Manufacturer/ Fabricator of Windows and Doors supplied to the Construction industry or previously installed passive fire products and have a passion for ensuring industry quality standards are met at supply, manufacturing/ fabrication and installation level. You will need to be methodical, confident, a good communicator and demonstrate excellent time management skills within this standalone role.
Upon joining us you will complete an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course and will accompany/ work with a mentor to complete a number of audits.
This position offers a company car, laptop, phone, and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays. You will be home based and we will consider individuals residing throughout the UK.
