An Optimisation Manager position to create and implement a CRO strategy across 55 global sites.
My client is a leading professional services business who are investing heavily in the technology and digital proposition to ensure they stay ahead of the market and their competition. These business units and teams are critical to this company's continued success and are the high investment areas for my client. The business is a global, FTSE 250 who are consistently placed within the Times Top 100 and Glass Door Best companies to work for. Their thriving digital team are looking to hire an Optimisation Manager to create and drive their CRO strategy across 55 core global sites. Based in London.
This optimisation manager will be responsible for creating and delivering a CRO strategy across 55 global websites for my client. There is not currently a CRO programme in place so this is a blank sheet of paper and a real opportunity for someone to shape this company's way of thinking around this. You will be responsible for on-site personalisation and user experience, with the goal of increasing revenue per store for my client. You will work with international hub teams who will manage the non core pages of their local sites to share best practise, and will work closely with external development partners. Based in Central London.
The successful optimisation manager will have experience implementing [if not developing] a CRO programme and will be familiar with personalisation of user journeys. You will be comfortable working with international teams [although prior experience is not essential] and will be keen to develop and progress your career. This is a growing team and department so the desire for self development is key. Based in London .
