I am working with a high flying Managed Service Provider who are currently going through another period of very exciting growth, because of this we are looking to add to the Support team.
As the successful 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be working as part of a fast-paced Service Desk team providing Support to customers across the Telephones, email and Remote support, you will also get the chance to sporadically support on customer site visits.
Some of the Technologies and areas that we are looking for exposure to are as follow's -
- Cloud Technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange.)
- Windows Sever, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
- Routers, Switches, Firewalls.
Once started with the company, you will be enrolled on an internal certified training programme in order to provide you with the skills and knowledge to progress you as quick as possible.
