IC Resources is a highly respected recruitment consultancy, both in the UK and internationally, within the high tech community. Established in 1999 to serve the electronics market, IC Resources is now close to 80 employees with offices in UK, Europe and China.

We're now looking for a full time Management Accountant to join an accounts team of 3 full time and 1 part time members. The role will report to an experienced Financial Controller, with the responsibility to act as the 'go to' accounts person when the FC is away or focused on strategic projects.

Responsibilities and oversight:

*Purchase ledger invoice entry and supplier payments on twice weekly basis
*Petty cash reconciliations for USD, Euro and GBP
*Expense posting weekly and fortnightly payment run
*Bank reconciliations for Sterling, Dollar and Euro accounts
*Caxton card postings and reconciliations
*Credit card postings and reconciliations
*Month End Journals (Accruals/Prepayments) for the ICR Group and reviewing and providing commentary.
*Intercompany reconciliations between the groups.
*Take responsibility for DACH Company and ASIA division and work with relevant contacts
*Provide support to the other members of the team and FC when needed

Candidate Specification:

*Minimum of AAT qualified or Level 1 CIMA
*Strong working knowledge and experience of producing Management Accounts
*Knowledge of system changes would be preferable but not essential, the individual must be adaptable and able to grasp new systems quickly and embrace change

Skills / Attributes Required:

*Sage line 50 experience / Sage Live (new project going live end 2018)
*Strong reporting skills: Excel (lookups, pivots, IF formulas)/powerpoint
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
*Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
*Able to use initiative when working both independently and in a team
*Self-motivation and a willingness to continuously learn and change
