Client Details

Based in the City of London, they are one of the largest financial services chains in the UK with over 20 million customer visits per week. They are striving to evolve their products and services to fit with the digital age, as well provide a friendly, personal and expert service which is accessible for all. The Reseller Channel Manager sits within the payments team and has a high profile within the organisation as it is one of the biggest footfall drivers generating an income of over £25 million per year. The line manager has headed up the team for over 2 years and brings extensive business development experience from the Financial Services industry.


The key responsibilities of the Reseller Channel Manager would be to:

  • Account manage the 3 reseller channel partners. They currently deliver over 50% of the annual payments transaction volume and income but they are not being optimised enough
  • Understand how these resellers sell into their end clients and what they need to be successful
  • Your aim is to grow their transactions, sales and income
  • You may end up going out with the resellers and presenting to their end clients
  • Develop and deliver joint business plans (including new products, markets and sectors)


The successful Reseller Channel Manager will have:

- A proven track record in Account Management. Written joint business plans with clients

- Ideally a background in bill payments

- Resilient, driven, can-do attitude

- Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs

- Builds great relationships internally

- Can manage multiple concurrent initiatives

Job Offer

£55-70k + small car allowance

27.5 days holiday

12 month Fixed Term Contract. Opportunity to go permanent afterwards
