Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Service and Commissioning Engineer for a successful OEM in Rotherham.

Specialising in heavy duty equipment for industry, this role will cover the installation, commissioning, service and repair of the supplied equipment both in house and on site at customers facilities both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities will include:

-Install, commission, service and repair equipment down to component level
-Provide instruction and training with regards to the operation and maintenance of equipment to the end user
-Supervise a small team of third-party labour during installation and operation
-Ensure full completion of customer and internal documentation
-Undertake all work to the highest of standards whilst actively ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental policies

Experience and Qualifications:

-HNC Qualified / equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related subject
-Excellent communication skills are essential at all levels
-Self-motivating with good time management and organisation skills
-Confident and professional dealing with customers and clients
-Minimum 3 years' experience in an industrial setting - ideally heavy manufacturing
-You must be willing and able to travel internationally - sometimes for extended periods at short notice.
