I'm working with a wonderful animal charity in aim of placing their next HR Advisor on a 3 month Interim basis. In this role you will be responsible for generalist HR duties and will also manage the organisations GDPR process. Please note that this vacancy is for an immediate start. Key responsibilities: Coach and provide advice to managers on HR Policy, employment law and people managementLead on any employee relations within the organisation with the HRBPManage the full cycle of the recruitment processManage the payroll function, ensuring that it is accurately processedLead on the HR team's implementation of the GDPR, making necessary changes to HR systems, policies and processedEnsure that the HR data stored on the HR database Snowdrop is inputted and maintained accurately by carrying out regular quality checks and data cleanses Essential criteria: CIPD qualified or the equivalent experienceSignificant experience of advising line Managers on HR-related issuesExtensive knowledge of HR Policy and best practiceDemonstrable ability to manage employee relationsExtensive experience of using HR database with the technical ability to enhance the functionality of an HR systemAn understanding of Data Protection legislation If you have these skills then please send me your up to date CV.
