Clinic Practice Manager: An experienced, commercially aware Clinic Practice Manager is required to take overall responsibility for the financial performance of the Birmingham clinic for one of the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery Groups, established as a leader in the field of Cosmetic Surgery and Laser & Skin Treatments with clinics throughout the UK.

The ideal Clinic Practice Manager will have proven, hands-on experience of running a successful commercial operation with full P+L responsibility, ideally in the retail or consumer space. To succeed in this exciting management role previous demonstrable experience of driving significant top and bottom line growth alongside a passion for providing service excellence and improving quality are a must. Strong team management skills and an understanding and appreciation of the importance of individual and team KPI's are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the clinic is successful across the 3 key areas of quality, safety and profit.
- Control all P & L costs to deliver the clinics budgeted margins and EBITDA.
- Monitoring and delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Close management of the clinic's KPI's to drive and improve performance.
- Provide effective leadership, development and performance management of clinic team.
- Asses the clinic's sales funnel and address all weaknesses ensuring that all clinic budgets are delivered and exceeded.
- Assess and monitor the local client journey to ensure the client experience is maximised.
- Ensure that the clinic is safe at all times and would be deemed "good" from internal and external inspections,
- Set clear SMART objectives for the clinic team, highlighting good performance and moving quickly to address poor performance.
- Drive the sales process to ensure the conversion targets are achieved.
- Optimise nurse, doctor and surgeon capacity by efficiently managing human resources; continually review the effectiveness of working patterns, opening hours, skills mix and demand.
- Develop local strategic plans to improve the performance of the clinic in line with the company vision.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar retail or clinic branch management role.
- Evidence of having a key role in previous top and bottom line growth.
- First-hand experience of driving service excellence and improving quality.
- Proven financial acumen including full P+L responsibility.
- Management of HR issues and recruitment.
- Communication skills at all levels
