Due to their excellent growth rate and new contracts across Employability, Commercial Levy and Apprenticeships, this award-winning organisation are looking to appoint additional professionals nationwide.

The Role:

We're looking for passionate, driven Business Enterprise Trainers to deliver accredited Training in Employability and New Business Start-Up Courses - we have various locations available including Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, London and the West Midlands - please call us directly for specific locations). The position will involve delivering classroom-based learning, online learning, one-to-one learning and virtual support to both employed and unemployed learners.

Creating engaging lesson plans for learners to understand each and every unit of the course is essential to ensure effective delivery of the programmes, as well as providing expert advice and guidance throughout the learner journey.

You will be required to ensure learner progress is obtained and recorded accurately, learner completion targets are met, and training is delivered to the Awarding Organisations set criteria - these roles are to work with caseloads of new learners.

The Candidate:

A strong occupational background in Employability, Training, and/or Business Management is required for this position, and ideally hold an A1/TAQA Assessors Award/Teaching Qualification - however this can be provided for the right candidate.

Previous experience delivering Business Start-Up Courses would be beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational qualities, strong communication skills, and great attention to detail with the ability to work on their own initiative with minimal supervision. E-portfolio experience would also be a distinct advantage & a car driver is a must.

Previous experience collating evidence of supporting learners success, managing costs and budgets, possess excellent influencing and motivational qualities, and excellent time-managing skills is essential - if you have a genuine passion for helping others, and are keen to represent an award-winning organisation, then we're keen to speak with you today.

Qualifications Required:

  • Assessor award (A1, TAQA, D32)
  • Training qualification (PTLLS, CertEd, 7407 etc.)
  • Level 3 or higher qualification in a relevant specialism - ideally in Business Management
  • Level 2 or equivalent Maths & English qualifications
