PMO Coordinator - Oxford - £24k - £27k

Our client who are a leading, and nationally reocgnised organisation, require a PMO Coordinator to join their exciting Project Management team.

Job Function:
• Assist in the maintenance of guidelines, standards, processes, procedures and policies for project, programme and initiative management.
• Support the effective delivery of PMO initiatives, projects and programmes in conjunction with other team-members.
• Act as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project and programme management and execution.
• Provide assistance and guidance on procurement activities within the organisation.
• Provide assistance and guidance on risk management within the organisation.

Key Tasks:
• Assist and advise leaders, managers, and teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches
• Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and an advocate for best practices in project management, procurement and risk management
• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports, plans and budgets are relevant, accurate and complete
• Track and report on project performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and
prioritized view of all projects
• Provide assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines
necessary to support a PMO
• Develop positive relationships with managers and staff to enable the PMO to provide support
including facilitation, guidance, monitoring, tracking and reporting on projects
