Manager - Global Business Management, GTRF
A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Manager - Global Business Management, GTRF, based in London.
Hours 35 per week/permanent.

The Global GTRF Business Management organization is responsible for coordinating strategy execution and strategic planning; overseeing relevant activities such as performance management, implementation of key business initiatives and data analytics; managing key governance forums (e.g. GTRF Management Meeting, Sales Forum) and organisational design aspects (e.g. blueprints, performance scorecards).
The business management function is divided into three areas i) Core Business Management ii) Sales Performance and Collaboration and iii) Strategy, Marketing & Communications.
The role of the Manager - Global Business Management, GTRF has a broad remit covering aspects of business strategy, planning and design, implementation of GTRF’s key initiatives, and business performance management across the GTRF business. The role holder will be researching strategic topics for GTRF, leading the compilation of briefing materials for senior leaders within GTRF, investigating market trends, creating presentations and assisting in the execution of the GTRF marketing & communications plans. They will be helping on the implementation of key strategic initiatives for GTRF and various business transformation activities, including the development of related business cases. The role holder will also analyse current economic trends and its impact on HSBC and GTRF and will support GTRF's contribution to relevant investment frameworks, finalising the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and will manage inputs to strategic reviews.
The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:
- Experience in solving business problems with data driven insights;
- Ability to deliver high quality reports, presentations and communications to Business Executives under strict deadlines;
- Ability to facilitate strong collaboration across business areas;
- Experience of financial modelling, strategy or business management a positive.
