Role: Revalidation PMO Lead
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Type: 18 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a Revalidation PMO Lead on behalf of our client, a well respected Professional Regulator based in London. The PMO manager will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out all aspects of programme support and control that is required to aid the implementation of the Revalidation programme.

Role Responsibilities include;
*Work in close liaison with all members of the programme teams as well as key stakeholders that are external to the programme teams
*Define, implement, manage and review the programme and project governance frameworks and ensure that all projects within the programme are managed within the appropriate framework
*Facilitate communications, discussions, decisions and implementation of all actions within assigned programme teams and with other managers. Assist programme team to implement assigned programmes on time and within budget
*Plan, organise and administer all meetings in relation to programme controls as required on each of the allocated programmes. Ensure minutes are written and actions followed up. Facilitate the implementation of all actions as required
*Investigate areas for improvement, collate data and prepare recommendations for discussion and action by the nominated programme team, provide support and drive through change as required possibly project managing chunks of delivery as required by the programme manager
*Prepare, maintain and implement the overall programme controls. These include plans for activities, milestones, resources and budgets and advice to programme management of deviations from the agreed plan
*Contribute to budget planning with responsibility for monitoring the budget
*Assist in development of programme dashboards and provide regular reporting on progress to Programme Manager and Revalidation Programme board
*Produce and maintain programme documentation to include logs of assumptions, issues, risks, dependencies, lessons learned and change request logs. Follow through entries on these logs in a timely fashion, tracking and escalating to relevant members of the programme and/or management team where necessary

Experience/Skills Required;
*Experience working as an established PMO Manager
*Minimum 12 months experience working in a programme environment
*Project/ Programme Management Certification (eg PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, MSP)
*Proven PMO/Programme Analyst or Coordinator experience
*Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful programme outcomes
*Proven experience of report writing
*Knowledge of SharePoint and an advocate of using and promoting SharePoint
*Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful programme management from a support perspective
