CIPD HR Manager needed for a leading Lloyds Underwriter.

My client a global insurance underwriter is looking for a qualified, experienced CIPD HR Manager to join their busy International HR Team to work directly for Head of International Human Resources.

As the successful candidate you will need Insurance experience especially working with Senior Stakeholders and Insurance professionals at executive level, supporting strategic decisions for the benefit of the organisation.

You will need to have a proven track record of drafting and finalising role profiles in conjunction with line management.

Experience in conducting candidate interviews (including competency and behavioural is essential. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Team to ensure that all necessary assessments are coordinated effectively.

You must have experience with reviewing and awarding of PSL's with an understanding of high level SLA's/KPA's, ensuring all necessary agencies are communicated with fully.

Experience in benchmarking of salaries and procedures would be beneficial.

Long term plan for this role is to develop more into a senior role within ER, where you will manage the wider HR team to ensure the support of the broader workforce with all ER matters.

This would suit someone at HR Officer level looking for a promotion.

You must be a CIPD or equivalent HR professional with a generalist background.

Lloyds of London Insurance exposure is essential for this role.
