Advertising Operations Executive

This is a paid graduate job opportunity. Starting salary: £20-25k depending on experience.
How can you expect to spend your day?
The purpose of this role is to work in conjunction with various departments within the company in order to develop and deliver high performing advertising campaigns in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Create and traffic ad campaigns in the company’s proprietary ad server.
•Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and creative.
•Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance.
•Interact with account managers, sales, engineers and partners on various ops projects.
•Be proactive in developing your own knowledge on industry standards and new technology, ensuring that the company retains its leader position in the industry.
•Actively participate in weekly meetings with the US Operations team.
Key candidate requirements for the role:
•This is an ideal opportunity for a bright, task-oriented graduate looking to start their career in digital advertising.
•Ideally you’re an undergraduate with a degree in digital media, mathematics, science, economics, or other relevant fields.
•You have the ability to concentrate in the middle of chaos and work well under pressure.
•You flexible, capable of occasionally working at odd hours.
•You have good prioritisation and troubleshooting skills.
•You’re a strong technical communicator – capable of collaborating work with an engineering team to build features you need.
•You’re a creative problem solver, self-motivated and driven.
•You demonstrate an eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing.
•Familiarity with digital media and the online advertising ecosystem would be advantageous.
•You’re a quick learner who loves to pick up new tools/software for reporting and analysis (experience in pivot table or attribution modelling is beneficial but not essential).
•You’re methodical and detail oriented, with the ability to internalise and master complex processes.
•A people person capable of working with sales and analytics teams to plan and optimise campaigns for performance.
•You’re proactive and passionate about delivering great customer service for clients and the team.
