Major international consumer corporate seeks a dynamic and highly innovative Head of Marketing to lead and develop marketing strategies in order to reach, recruit and retain a range of customer’s particularly young consumers. This company achieves very large turnovers and is highly profitable.

This is a rapidly expanding company present in most countries around the world. It has a unique offering and is market leader in it’s sector. It is looking for an experienced and qualified Head of Marketing to add some innovation and pizazz to the rather traditional approach previously used in the past.

The skills and experience required for this position as Head of Marketing are:

• Develop the company’s marketing strategy to support revenue targets.
• Lead the planning and implementation of communications and content in both printed and online media
• Broad understanding of automotive or customer service industries.
• Ability to work and communicate up to and including board level
• Skilled at customer segmentation, strategic brand management, new product launches
• Ideally with above and below the line experience as TV , Radio advertising are likely to be included in the mix
• Create, manage and maintain corporate messaging and digital marketing strategy.
• Identify and to develop recruitment and business opportunities, in order to build new markets.
• Experience managing campaigns, projects and management of people to deliver results against targets, through the effective planning of a range of marketing activities from advertising to websites.
• Budget responsibility
• Knowledge of marketing techniques required with a thorough understanding of all marketing disciplines.
• Management of budgets, time and organisational Skills essential.
• Development of internal communications to spread key messages and to contribute towards retention, engagement and staff morale.
• To manage the production of marketing and promotional materials.
• Help manage the Marketing Team.
• Develop website to be best in class.
• Promote the organisation, its brand, its business opportunities and its core offer to a wide range of audiences.
• To develop and implement marketing plans and campaign plans aimed at specific target markets.
• Manage and analyse data relating to marketing activities and to present this to the leadership team and stakeholders.
• Develop a thorough calendar of events, both internal and external.
• Work closely with the PR agency to continue to raise the profile of the organisation.
• Lead market research activities to help shape corporate strategy and development.

Location: Within one hour’s commute of their London office near Leicester Square

Full UK Driving licence required.
