Highly profitable and rapidly expanding London Lettings Company seeks a dynamic and experienced Health and Safety Manager to overlook and maintain a portfolio of properties across London, and monitor and control Fit Out companies that we work with.

The Health and Safety Manager is required to have experience in maintaining properties and all Health and Safety, and will ideally be NEBOSH qualified with Fire Risk experience. Some knowledge of basic maintenance like changing locks and fixing leaking taps would be a distinct advantage.

The key skills and attributes for the varied position as Health and Safety Manager are as follows:

• Solid experience (minimum of 5 years) in controlling and Maintaining Health and Safety of properties.
• Additional experience in any of these sectors would be desirable- Lettings support, Facilities Management , Construction, Security or Property Management
• Must be able to work autonomously
• Energetic, well presented
• UK driving licence essential
• Normal Monday to Friday working hours

Location: Ideally within 25miles of Euston Station, London
