Project Manager – (Business Change and IT) – Birmingham – Circa £45k plus Company Car

Our client based in Birmingham is currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Project Manager to join their team to work on a mix of both business and IT based projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leader in their field, working across all industry sectors.

Key responsibilities for the Project Manager role:

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in accordance with agreed scope, benefits, business requirements and specifications throughout the whole project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timescale, scope, within budget and to a high standard.
• Act as a key point of contact for the project providing day to day management of the overall work stream.
• Produce and maintain Project Documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with Business Owners.

Key Skills & experience for the Project Manager role:

• Must have demonstrable experience of working on both business and IT focused projects.
• Experience of writing and designing detailed project plans across the full project lifecycle.
• Solid stakeholder management including running regular Steering Groups.
• Managing project resources to ensure every element of the project is adequately staffed to ensure completion within the timescales set.
• Working on multiple, concurrent projects with budgets of between £100k to £3million.
