Service Delivery Analyst x 2 - ITIL / IT / Customer Service Management - Perm - Midlands - Up to £50K
A large national organisation is now looking for two Service Delivery Analysts to join their growing organisation in the Midlands orBerkshire. The successful service delivery analysts will be a key liaison between business and service providers, with responsibility for the daily operations of Service delivery support for the business.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proficient in customer service techniques - Incident Management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with application systems and the application of automated systems to the support of specific business functions or processes.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- ITIL v3 Expert certification desirable
