Ambitious Organisation requires a HR Manager to provide support and direction in HR and OD Strategies, performance and change management, ER procedures, coaching and development, talent management and succession planning.

The successful HR Manager will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience as a HR Manager driving change and providing advice, guidance and coaching to managers on Strategic and Operational HR.
• Act as a catalyst for change management to ensure workforce understand the need for change.
• Problem solving, results oriented and highly driven professional with evidence of developing relationships and strong coaching skills.
• Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution.
• Expert in employment law and employee relations essential.
• Strong effective communicator in writing, business presentations and in interpersonal communication.
• Highly experienced with complex ER issues and advising managers keeping decisions within Employment Law.
• Proven track record of talent management, staff deployment, reward and retention and succession planning.
• Drive learning and development through coaching and supporting management on people management, HR policy and procedures, equality and diversity, performance, and development.
• Previous experience of facilitating implementation of training and development plans and employee engagement initiatives.
• HR Project management experience.
• At least Part CIPD qualified.
• Bachelors Degree in a related field required.
