The Organisation:

The Green Recruitment Company is currently working alongside an independent consultancy specialising in wind and marine energy systems. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Associate or Associate Level Director to join their operations.

The Role:

The role will be based in Wiltshire or Fife depending on the client you will be working with. The successful candidate will be involved in giving expert advice to a wide range of organisations in the Renewable Energy industry and therefore you will need to have excellent knowledge and experience of the reliability engineering process.

The responsibilities of the role:

• Developing and establishing business opportunities across the wind and marine energy industries
• Managing and delivering projects through to completion to all relevant standards
• Providing strategic and technical business advice to all key stakeholders
• Training and giving advice on technical matters where applicable.

Experience and skills:

• A graduate with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in reliability engineering of electromechanical systems
• Practical experience of failure investigation and the ability to be able to implement solutions effectively.
• Excellent business development skills
• Leadership skills and the ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service to be able to retain and develop new client opportunities
• Energetic and focussed, with the ability to manage time effectively and make sure projects get delivered on time.
