- Within these roles you will be responsible for calling on key customers within both the Community/Primary care and Hospital/Secondary Care settings.
- You will be responsible for calling on various levels of specialist Customers including: GP's, Practice Nurses, Therapy Area Specific Specialist Nurses (Both Community & Secondary Care), Consultants and any other relevant key stakeholders including payor level as required
- You will work closely with your accounts to ensure that you become partner of choice offering solutions that go beyond just the product!

- Driving sales and usage of your portfolio through all accounts whilst achieving all metrics i.e. SvT, ROI, market share growth etc
- Manage and develop your territory and ensure sales targets are achieved through optimal product positioning
- Maximising prescribing opportunities in your health economy and creating clinical and commercial demand through appropriate prioritisation of decision makers within your key accounts.
- Delivering quarterly and annual territory targets in line with company expectations
- Working cross-functionally to maximise all business opportunities with both internal & external Customers
- Becoming a therapy area and product expert for your Customers
- Territory and Account Management
- Identification and implementation of projects
- Building relationships with key healthcare professionals to maximise your business
- Involved in formulary/tender/contract process as required (role dependant)
- Creating and optimising Key Opinion Leaders for your brands
- Business planning and management of territory budget based on ROI and based on priorities as they arise
- Involved in formulary process as required
- Developing on-going relationships with key clinicians


- Proven track record of sales success in a field based role either in medical sales or another sector
- A positive approach with the passion and drive to succeed
- A strong work ethic motivated by challenge
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- As an entry level candidate you MUST have fully researched the role and todays NHS environment (including the structure/organisation, priorities and networks)


- Be ambitious, driven and keen to develop your career over the long term with an organisation
- Have a proven track record of sales success in a field based role either in medical sales or another sector
- Possess a positive approach with the passion and drive to succeed and deliver results
- Have the ABPI or be working towards it (relevant to pharmaceutical roles only)
- Have a strong work ethic motivated by challenge
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
- As an entry level Candidate you MUST have fully researched the role and todays NHS environment (including the structure/organisation, priorities and networks)
- Be educated to a minimum of A'Level or equivalent standard - ideal is to degree level
- Living on territory, however this is not essential for all roles
