The company

Our client is a digitally-led marketing agency focused on creating positive connections to deliver measurable results and ROI. They are all about performance. They drive profitable sales by understanding consumers. With their three I’s approach, they help clients make use of what they learn about their customers to create personal, effective and compelling messages and campaigns.

They are 40 strong now and are in a Grade 2 listed building close to Richmond train station (Zone 4 and just 8 minutes from Clapham Junction). The office is right by the River Thames so only a step away from green space and amazing views to enjoy on your lunch break. They are far from sleepy. There’s a hardcore who party on a Friday night and they are as hard working and ambitious, just without the daily fight in and out of town.

You get your birthday off, plus a Positive Day and a Thinking Day to do something you love, or to give something back. And you’ll be a part of an amazing agency family too - with BBQs in the summer in our courtyard garden by the river, office dogs that pop in and out to keep everyone entertained, and plenty of social activities and visits to the local pubs
