The Organisation:

The Green Recruitment Company Chinese Office are currently working alongside a leading renewables company with offices in Beijing who are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager for their Renewable and New Energy Team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will have responsibilities for ensuring that all sales targets are met for the region. The role will include business development of key accounts and will report in to the overall business development manager.

The responsibilities of the role:

• Responsible for the creation and implementation of a business development plan that will explore business opportunities across the new energy market to include solar, nuclear, electric vehicle.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships in the new energy markets
• Making commercial proposals and negotiating commercial deals
• Creating bespoke packages for key clients and growing the interests of the key accounts
• Identifying M&A opportunities which could support business development in the North Region.

Experience and skills:

• A good knowledge of the New Energy industry with a wealth of network connetions within the industry
• At least 3 years’ experience in business development with the proven achievements
• Good understanding of the Chinese market
• Bachelor’s degree, majoring in a business or engineering discipline
• Analytical and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure
• Good English and Chinese communication skills, both spoken and written.
