Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a number of high calibre Senior Business Analysts to join our Business Analysis Centre of Excellence in Protection and Annuities. Reporting to the Head of Practice – Analysis and Architecture, the Senior Business Analysts will play a leading role in improving the maturity of the P&A analysis function.
Within our Change Development Function we have Heads of Practice that are leading the way within each of our change disciplines. Depending on your skill set you will report into one of these and will be assigned to projects. In addition to the day-to-day delivery you will also be expected to be an ambassador for change playing a part in generally raising the level of capability across the Division through demonstration of best practice and compliance with standards and through the coaching of the teams that you will work with.

You should be able to evidence of a number of full life cycle business analysis roles, within both waterfall and agile environments, comprising process improvement, organisational change and IT development solutions
