Brilliant opportunity to join a fast-growing loyalty company who operate across multiple industries and work with world renowned clients. You will be part of a brand who directly work with 20 million customers worldwide and are looking to grow their analytical division to fuel their worldwide expansion into new geographic markets.
The company has deployed a new age of thinking to its analytical division with the implementation of new statistical tools, such as R and Python. With over 25 years of B2C and B2B loyalty solutions, the company take pride in their customer centric approaches and help their clients better understand their customer base.
You will be part of a small but talented Insights team, you will help to analyse an array of customer data across online and offline platforms and use these insights to directly implement strategy at a commercial level. The role will involve you interpreting analysis in R and Python, by owning the analytics life cycle from the initial pitch, right through to implementing post campaign analysis.

- Customer focused and passion for understanding customer needs
- Maths/stats degree
