Deputy Home Manager

Are you an existing Deputy Home Manager with management experience or a Registered Nurse looking for your next career move?

We are looking for individuals who not only have experience and skills that will benefit the residents you care for but will also inspire and develop your colleagues and those who interact with you on a daily basis.

As such exceptional communication and relationship skills are required as well as a proven track record of leadership and management. Ideally you will be a registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN and relevant experience, working in a management type role within the care sector, preferably caring for older Residents.

We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills, qualifications, competencies and attributes:

• Current NMC PIN (preferable but not essential)
• Relevant qualifications
• Relevant experience
• Kindness and compassion
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leading and Supervising skills
• Writing and reporting skills
• Decisive and action oriented
• Someone who can do both administrative and management tasks with a smile

Role and Responsibilities:

Using your effective leadership skills, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home, ensuring it runs efficiently as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care. .

Salary: £42,000 pro rata
