- As Territory Manager/Product Specialist you will be selling a comprehensive portfolio of woundcare products covering customers in both the community and acute settings i.e. Tissue Viability Nurses, Practice Nurses, Community Nurses, Procurement, Retail Pharmacy etc
- This is an autonomous role that will give you ownership for the business in your geographical area


- You will be working autonomously as the only Product Specialist on territory, based within the local Sales team and working very closely with the regional team, the key objectives of this role are to: - Sell the full range of bandages, wound care dressings and anti embolism stockings, into the Acute (hospitals) and Community markets throughout the territory.
- Secure your products onto local formularies (secondary care and CCG level)
- Maximise associated pull through in the community

- Working cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Healthcare Partnership and Clinical Support) to create bespoke education/training solutions and value propositions for all Healthcare Professionals relevant to your business
- Achievement of all KPI's including SvT, market share cash growth etc


- Medical Sales experience - can be from a healthcare/medical device/pharmaceutical background
- Ability to work autonomously as well as network with your internal colleagues to maximise opportunities
- Proven track record of sales within pharmaceutical or medical device sales
- Able to interpret sales data and trends and prioritise business
- Ability to manage multiple products within your portfolio and adapt your selling approach accordingly
- Able to influence customers at all levels
- A current UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Proven track record of sales success


- You will have a strong work ethic and the ability to manage your own territory
- Have a proven track record of sales success in medical sales (pharma or healthcare)
- Possess the ability to develop relationships with customers at all levels and be confident to challenge as required
- Have a good working knowledge of this local health economy and key local drivers/priorities
- Be Passionate and driven by challenge
- Be self-motivated and competitive
- Be IT literate with strong analytical skills
