Interim Finance Business Partner
Hands-on operational finance role requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills.
FTSE listed manufacturer supplying to a host of household brand names. This is the type of organisation, that if you know FMCG, you will want on your CV.
In this role you will find yourself pitching in from day one; this is a high performance and slick operation - so a great contract for those that relish a challenge. A key player in the commercial finance team, you will be building relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive efficiency and make real time improvements and cost savings. Reviewing and setting KPI's, budget review and forecasting, variance analysis and commentary will be the core of this hands-on role.
You will be more than happy to get your hands dirty and be eager to get on the shop floor to get into the guts of the business. This is by no means a polished environment and sometimes there will be difficult conversations to be had and stakeholders/cost centre owners you will need to talk round. This will be something you won't shy away from and you will be comfortable holding your ground, backed by accurate figures and commentary.
