Roles And Responsibilities

Optimise, manage & execute integrated e-marketing campaigns to support brand engagement and business growth objectives; research market segments and build customer journeys

Own and drive the development of campaign collateral

Own and drive social media communications across the business

Provide regular analytics & KPI reporting on campaign/communications effectiveness

Support Commercial Marketing Manager on other marketing initiatives including site development, search marketing & event management

Contribute to and work effectively within the Bids & Marketing team

People Requirements

Degree-level education in marketing or business

2-3 years proven experience of working with and analysing CRM customer/prospect data

Proven experience delivering digital marketing campaigns with demonstrable RoI

Experience with using marketing automation systems or email service providers

Knowledge of brand management, marketing campaign planning and social media channels

Familiarity with HTML & CSS is desirable
