EMEA HR Systems Manager
The role is for an EMEA HRIS Manager to join a Global Investment Bank on a permanent basis. This role is based in Central London and is paying up to £55,000 +Benefits (based on experience).
This role will report directly into the Head of HR and will sit within the Global HR Team and will act as the main point of contact within the EMEA region on all issues pertaining to the PeopleSoft HR System.
This is a very client facing role where you will support the HR Team and the wider business on answering and resolving any queries regarding the PeopleSoft system. You will also liaise with the specialist HRIS Technical team on all escalation issues.
Working closely with Business stakeholders, end users and the technical team you will take ownership of any upgrades, enhancements, security configurations and maintenance checks.
You will deliver on all training, communication and documentation to an EMEA wide user group including senior stakeholders so excellent communication skills is of up-most importance.
Extensive experience of PeopleSoft systems
HR Systems experience in a global or regional role
Strong communication skills and proven experience of working directly with the business.
Experience gained within the Financial Services or Professional Services sector.
