Huxley Associates is currently representing a global manufacturing organisation is their search for a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing professional who can help implement Best Practice across their European sites.

The position is available on an initial 6 month contract though this is very likely to be extended should all go well.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team at each site to review current business practice and indentify areas that will see improvements made and an increase in efficiency.

To be considered for this you will have an excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. You will have experience driving change management across manufacturing organisations and will have a track record of help business's achieve best practice.

Secondary to this the successful candidate will be tasked on maximising the efficiency of assets across each site. You will work with the senior management team to assess ways to improve the efficiency of plant equipment in order to reduce breakdowns and improvement performance.

To be considered you must have experience of overseeing the improvement / modification of equipment.

This position will see the successful candidate be based abroad for at least 80% of the time so it requires someone happy to work away from home. The position is live and interviews will be conducted over the coming weeks.
